Beyond the Green Screen
We use both traditional and natural backgrounds! Green screen technology and digital ordering has allowed us better efficiencies at shoots as we no longer need to “set up” a team photo. We simply “extract” an individual photo and use AI to craft team shots composites. This makes for clearer images, better symmetry and more efficient photo sessions. Shipping takes 3-5 business days after you submit your order and is delivered by USPS or UPS. Digital files will be emailed immediately after ordering.Β
Our order processing is automated to provide you the quickest service possible, so once an order is submitted we are unable to make any changes to it.
Please double-check your crop selection before finalizing your order.
We reduce the size of downloaded images to keep files small, which offers many benefits. It’s important to note that the file size of an image doesn’t determine its dimensions. The digital files we send maintain their original pixel dimensions and are full resolution.
Once the online galleries are available for all children/organizations you intend to order for, there are two ways to place the order.
Method 1: You need access to the direct gallery links for each child/organization. Open and log in to each gallery using the same email address. Add items to your cart, switching between galleries using the account icon. All items will be in the same cart when you check out.
Method 2: You will need the online codes for each child/organization. In the cart section of one child’s gallery, select “Find Gallery” at the top. Enter the online code to access the gallery and add items to the cart.
You should receive a unique link to your childβs gallery via email or text 2-3 weeks after picture day. You can also request your gallery link using our Request Gallery contact form.
