How do I order photos?
We have switched to a paperless online format for ordering. A few days prior to picture day, you should receive an email with a link to pre-order online. That order will generate a number we use to track and match your order with your child’s photo. There is no need to fill out anything additional at the shoot once you’ve placed your order. If you do not pre-order before picture day, there will be a QR code posted near our staff that will take you to the pre-order site.
I scanned the QR code at picture day, but I no longer see my league/organization listed on the website.
Call or text Customer Service at 303-955-0375, and we will send you the link directly.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Typically 2-3 weeks. If you paid shipping and handling at checkout, photos will be mailed direct to you. If you did not pay S&H, photos will be distributed by the organization your child plays for.
I received my order but some items are broken or defective.
Simply send back the items that are defective (i.e., misspelled Trading Cards, scratched photos or frames, etc.) to the following address: 5439 S. Prince St. Littleton, CO 80120. We will replace the items at no cost to you! Don’t forget to include a return address and name.
I want a retake.
We guarantee every photo 100%, no questions asked. Call or text our office directly and make arrangements for a retake. It is best to call between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm weekdays.
I want a refund.
Return the items you ordered. We will send you a refund plus your postage back to you within 21 days.
